Accounts

Licenses and content
Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the course content for your own professional development. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly share materials without our written consent.
Payments and refunds
- Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.
- Refunds: self-paced courses within 7 days if under 20% progress; cohort seats can be transferred up to 5 days before start.
- Taxes and fees may apply depending on your jurisdiction.
Acceptable use
- Do not interfere with the operation of the Services or access them via automated means beyond reasonable usage.
- Do not infringe on intellectual property rights.
- Do not upload or share unlawful or harassing content.
Disclaimers
Courses provide educational content. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes. You are responsible for decisions and actions taken based on the content.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrandMeadow Strategy and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold GrandMeadow Strategy harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time.
